Hatched in Cleveland, Ohio, Big Hoke is set to premiere their highly anticipated new album “this, right now.” on Saturday, June 7th at Forest City Brewery. Blending elements of New Orleans Jazz, early Rock n’ Roll, and a Singer/Songwriter mentality, this 10-piece band delivers horn-infused, original Americana and Roots/Rock/Revivalism that is truly unstoppable.
Led by songwriter, arranger, vocalist, and pianist Justin Gorski, who has been honing his craft since the age of 5, Big Hoke recorded “this, right now.” in the summer of 2024 at the famous Suma Recording Studio with producer/engineer Dave Shaw. The album’s singles, “Another Thing Coming” and “Going Down,” showcase the band’s dynamic range, from rock n’ roll to zydeco-inspired sounds.
“This Right Now is the culmination of years of hard work and dedication to the craft,” said Gorski. “We’re thrilled to share this album with our fans and introduce our unique sound to new listeners. This is just the beginning for Big Hoke.”
